The mixed aerial classes involve Aerial Ho op, Silks, Sling, Trapeze, Flying pole and Lyra pole/Lollipop Lyra rotating around every few weeks or terms . Aerial is a combination of dance a nd gymnastics in the air and if yourself or your child loves to hang and swing upside down in the air then this is definitely the class for you! Our classes consist of a warm up and cool down/stretch whilst learning various tricks and shapes, movement combinations

and strengthening exercises following our own syllabus with certificates to collect along the way! All classes are mixed ability so that students can work through at their own pace individually. Aerial is a great all over body fitness as well as improving strength and flexibility in a fun and unique way! This class does involve spotting by the instructor.
MONDAY JUNIOR MIXED AERIAL (Alaina and Cheryl) 5-8YRS 5:30- 6:30PM SENIOR MIXED AERIAL (Alaina and Cheryl) 9-17YRS 6:45-7:45PM
