Therapy Life Centre

By Therapy Life Centre

CranioSacral Therapy for Children Magic! Hayley worked her magic on my little boy who was being very fussy during feeding. After one session (which he smiled and chatted through) we were back to relaxed comfortable feeds, she had released the tension in his tongue and jaw which allowed him to feed comfortably again. Highly recommend craniosacral therapy for anyone with a baby who’s fussing whilst feeding. The difference is absolutely amazing.

Belong to Yoga

By Belong to Yoga

Yoga classes for everyone; all levels, all fitness, all ages. I am a qualified teacher and have therefore seen the pressure on children in our modern society. I really believe in offering children a framework they can use for the rest of their lives, to turn to whenever they need it. Yoga and mindfulness can be the strong foundation for this framework.

Andosteo - Post Natal Recovery

By Andosteo SE London

Using weights, bands and body weight to help rebuild strength, alignment and mobility from your deep core. This is not a one size fits all, it's low impact and there are always options - you set the challenge. We recommend this from after your GP check post partum. If you have had a baby we're assuming you know of any diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction and are aware of any limitations. If you're not sure about this we recommend seeing one of our osteopaths for a Mummy MOT. Babies are welcome!

Children's Yoga York

By Children's Yoga York

Our fun and inspiring yoga classes are taught by Lizzie, mum to two daughters, an experienced primary school teacher and a certified Cosmic Kids yoga teacher. Lizzie also works part-time for CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) as an Activities Coordinator and is passionate about taking care of both physical and mental health. Yoga with Lizzie encourages children and young people to move their bodies and explore feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive space. This class is on the first Saturday of each month at Oaken Grove Community Centre in Haxby and is a great opportunity for your child to give yoga a try. Aimed at children aged 5-10 years. Your child will take part in a yoga adventure story, followed by a relaxation, then mindfulness craft or activity. Mats are provided. Your child just needs comfy clothes and a water bottle. Parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee and collect their child at the end of the session
