Our Ballet classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. The focus is on creativity and musicality providing the opportunity to progress and achieve through the RAD exam syllabus, should they wish. These classes are small to ensure every pupil receives the attention they deserve to allow for their full potential to be achieved. Pupils will be given the opportunity to perform in our annual show and when ready take their Ballet Examinations

Act II Theatre Company was formed in 2004 by Karl Gernert; the company became a partnership between Karl and Charlotte Graper in 2009. The company has extensive experience working in schools providing lunchtime, after school clubs and curriculum teaching to a wide variety of participants, in drama and music based activities. We can work with schools to produce whole school productions, or smaller performances. Act II also has an excellent reputation for delivering music and drama activities to young people and adults with additional needs. Organisations we have worked with include SENSE, NCH and Goldhay Arts. In addition, Act II runs in-house classes for young people at our studio space in Spalding, for ages 6mths - 20yrs. These serve as an excellent training ground for children wishing to go on to further education and careers in the performing arts. Act II pride themselves on providing a range of different theatrical experiences for young people, from a production of the musical Bat Boy on a farm, to a promenade production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe around Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and Gardens, to a production of the hit musical Made In Dagenham in the South Holland Centre using a digitally projected set. Our First Steps classes are designed to nurture listening skills, memory, coordination, and motor development through creative movement and self-expression. Your little one will jump like a frog on the farm, splash at the seaside, and soar into outer space. All through exploring our exciting class themes and engaging props!
Tippy Toe Sparkles, where one adult watches! Tippy Toe Sparkle classes are aimed at children aged 3-5 years. Your child will be introduced to ballet moves that are a little more technical than in the younger class. This class is loved by parents and children alike. One adult stays in the studio to watch the class and experience their child blossom. Our Tippy Toe Sparkle class aims to enhance their listening skills, introduce more independence and build confidence whilst following more choreographed dances. Children also discover they can tell a story and show emotion through dance, music and imagination. Watch your child interact with others, make new friends, work as a team and discover new ways to communicate and create.

This class is for any student who wishes to work on advanced Gymnastics skills. To be eligible for this class students should be able to compete a back walkover upon enrolment. Students will be taught by highly skilled coaches in a fun environment and be taught at their own level. Students will participate in a pathway for advancement of floor skills, including tumbling and acrobatics. This class is by invite only. Important: if you are attend more than one class per week, please ensure you take a standard subscription first followed by the additional classes. Example : If your family comes twice a week, please ensure you take out two subscriptions.
StageAbility's high-energy drama class for 5-6 year olds isn't just about fun and games – it's where young minds build the confidence, communication, and creative thinking skills they'll rely on for a lifetime. Our youngest actors join us for the first hour of the Junior class, from 5-6 pm, where they'll thrive in a supportive and exciting environment. Your child will explore imaginative play, play engaging drama games and learn simple acting techniques, with a sprinkle of movement and song. This class isn't just about acting; it's also about their social, emotional, and academic readiness.
High-energy classes combining authentic street styles in a fun, high energy environment. Dancers will develop musicality, performance skills, coordination and technique while learning fresh and exciting routines and freestyle foundations.
Our Performers classes are all about singing, dancing and building confidence on stage. Students learn new songs and routines, develop their performance skills and have a great time each week in a friendly, supportive class. Open to all abilities, whether your child is new to performing or already loves being on stage. Students also have the opportunity to perform in our annual showcase each year.

Our Junior Ballet class develops strong technical foundations while encouraging creativity, confidence and a love of dance. Students will learn classical ballet technical technique, posture, flexibility, balance and musicality through engaging exercises and graceful choreography. Classes provide a supportive environment where every dancer can grow in confidence, refine their skills and enjoy the beauty of ballet.
Mini Dance (Ages 3–6) Our Mini Dance class is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of dance! Designed especially for children aged 3–6, this fun and engaging class introduces the foundations of ballet, tap and jazz in a supportive and encouraging environment. Through imaginative games, music and movement, young dancers will develop coordination, balance, rhythm, flexibility and confidence while learning the basic techniques of each dance style. Most importantly, they’ll make new friends, build self-esteem and discover a love for performing. Whether your child dreams of dancing on stage or simply wants to have fun while staying active, our Mini Dance class is the perfect place to begin their dance journey.
