Pre-Junior Ballet & Modern is designed for children aged 7–9 who are ready to build strong dance foundations in a fun, supportive and inspiring environment. With classical ballet at the heart of every lesson, dancers develop excellent technique, posture, strength and musicality through the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus while also enjoying the energy, creativity and performance skills of ISTD Modern . Together, these styles improve coordination, flexibility, confidence and artistic expression, creating well-rounded dancers. Our small class sizes ensure every child receives individual attention, encouragement and the opportunity to progress at their own pace in a welcoming and friendly environment. At Herts Dance Studio, we believe dance is about more than learning steps. Children build confidence, resilience, teamwork and lasting friendships while enjoying regular performance opportunities and working towards internationally recognised RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern exams

We give all our dancers the opportunity to enter Examinations and to take part in Festivals, Shows and Competitions , if they wish too. Rhythms also offers, tap and fitness classes, including Bum's and Tum's classes for adults.

The Rennie Dance Academy was established in 1994 and is designed for children and students offering professional training in Dance and Performing Arts taught by highly qualified staff in fully equipped dance studios. Classes are held in RAD Ballet (children’s and vocational grades) ISTD Modern and Tap, Jazz, Streetdance and Contemporary. We aim to give the children a strong basis in classical technique whilst also establishing essential skills such as confidence, self-esteem and individuality whilst promoting self discipline and encouraging all students to reach their full potential.
