volunteered as a peer supporter at the local sling library, breastfeeding group and playgroups over the past 8 years. My previous career as a mental health nurse and cognitive behaviour therapist have given me great experience, patience and skills to help new parents on their journey. I am passionate about supporting new parents to have a calm and positive journey through their birth and life with a newborn. I have a Diploma in Antenatal Education, a Nursing Degree with RMN and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am a Little Birth Company registered hypnobirthing teacher, and I am looking forward to meeting you xx
