Hi, I'm Rachel, mum of four energetic children living in the West Midlands. I currently run hypnobirthing courses, NCT Antenatal courses, and am part of the parent education team at the Birmingham Womens Hospital. In my spare time I love to look after new parents locally at my weekly NCT bumps and babies group and I also volunteer as a volunteer doula with the Bethel Doula service supporting pregnant women and parents across the city. volunteered as a peer supporter at the local sling library, breastfeeding group and playgroups over the past 8 years. My previous career as a mental health nurse and cognitive behaviour therapist have given me great experience, patience and skills to help new parents on their journey. I am passionate about supporting new parents to have a calm and positive journey through their birth and life with a newborn. I have a Diploma in Antenatal Education, a Nursing Degree with RMN and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am a Little Birth Company registered hypnobirthing teacher, and I am looking forward to meeting you xx
