Our Advanced Acro class is designed for experienced acro dancers aged 8+ who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This high-energy class focuses on developing advanced tricks and tumbling skills including back handsprings, aerials, back tucks and dynamic tumbling passes. Alongside learning new skills, students will refine their technique, improve strength and flexibility, and begin linking movements together through creative acro transitions

Entry Requirements: To ensure safety and appropriate progression, students should already be confident in: Front & Back walkovers Aerial (or working very close to achieving one) Tumbling skills (from beginner to advanced level) All students are assessed to ensure they are placed in the correct class for their ability, allowing them to progress safely and confidently.
