Stretch & Conditioning is a compulsory class for students wishing to study Ballet or Modern Jazz, as it provides the essential strength, flexibility and conditioning needed to support safe and effective training. Students will develop: 💪 Core strength 🤸 Flexibility ❤️ Stamina and fitness 🛡️ Injury prevention ✨ Overall physical conditioning
