About The Relaxation Room - Mum & Baby
A moment of calm for you and your baby 🤎 The Mum & Baby Relaxation Experience is a small, intimate session designed to give you both a chance to slow down, relax and enjoy some gentle time together. Unlike a traditional baby class, this experience is just as much for you as it is for your baby. by The Relaxation Room. Then it's your turn to switch off for a moment. While your baby stays with you, you'll receive a short, optional ASMR-style relaxation experience from me — a little opportunity to be looked after rather than always being the one doing the looking after. We'll finish with refreshments, a hot drink and some relaxed time to chat with the other mums. Everything is very baby-led. You're welcome to feed, change, cuddle or settle your baby whenever you need to, and there's a separate room available if either of you needs a little time away from the group.
