Multisports Kids is 45 minutes of proper sport for 4-6s - played, not drilled. Each block we focus on one sport at a time: football, tennis, rugby, gymnastics, athletics. Alongside the skills come the bits that matter just as much at this age: taking turns, listening, losing well, having a go at something they're not immediately good at. About Kids Fit Club
Launched in early 2022, Kids Fit Club is a registered company based in London, managed by a dedicated team including Lucas Kingston-Davies, Miranda, Katie, Lewis, and Katherine. Our fully qualified coaches bring a wealth of experience in developing and running early childhood and youth sports programmes in the UK and Asia. Mary’s University, London. Passionate about the role of sports in early childhood development, Lucas has taught in Asia and Europe, including prestigious nurseries and schools across London since 2018, and has had the honour of teaching sport to the UK’s royal family. If you're interested in starting a group for our children's activities, we're happy to accommodate you.
