Welcome to our village, an inclusive perinatal peer support community. We are here to help nurture your mental wellbeing, and support you and your family from pregnancy to parenthood. Run by local mums and supported by expert practitioners, we provide postnatal and infant feeding support, stay & play drop-ins, and Guest Speaker workshops/events in and around Crystal Palace, South East London. 10.15am to 12pm. It's a restorative space for you and your baby to meet other local families, practice building your breast/chest/bottle feeding confidence, and explore a calm, mindful relationship with your baby, and more importantly, yourself. Summer meet-ups are held in Crystal Palace Park (near the Brown & Green Life cafe), and when the weather turns, we head indoors to St Hugh's Community Centre in Anerley.
