Pregnancy Yoga Wednesday 7:00pm Sunday 12:00pm Mum & Baby Yoga Tuesday 11:15am Thursday 11:45am Mum & Toddler Yoga Tuesdays 12.30pm Baby Massage Tuesday 10am You don’t need to have practiced yoga before or feel like you know what you’re doing. Most women haven’t stepped onto a mat prior to my classes. Some people arrive straight from work, some join in the middle of maternity leave feeling a bit all over the place, s
