Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga in Canary Wharf (E14) Supporting women through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood with gentle yoga. Hi, I’m Sharon I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal yoga and have been teaching since 2011. I am a Master Yoga Teacher (500-hour CYT, Yoga Alliance International), and I teach based on how things feel, not how they look. Everything is adapted. Nothing is forced. My work focuses on pregnancy yoga and mum & baby yoga, supporting women through each stage and into early motherhood. My training includes over 500 hours focused on women’s bodies, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery, anatomy and adaptations. I also work closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths and postnatal specialists, so I can support you properly and refer on when needed.
