This class is on the first Saturday of each month at Oaken Grove Community Centre in Haxby and is a great opportunity for your child to give yoga a try. Aimed at children aged 5-10 years. Your child will take part in a yoga adventure story, followed by a relaxation, then mindfulness craft or activity. Mats are provided. Your child just needs comfy clothes and a water bottle. Parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee and collect their child at the end of the session
