At a glance
Zoology Class is the study of animals, how they live, eat, behave and grow! We will be learning mainly through hands on, practical based activities. This class is for home educated children ages 5-10 (approx). All sessions are parent accompanied. All sessions are led by myself, a fully qualifies teacher with over 29 years experience in teaching children. I currently teach part time in a SEN school. Parents are welcome to help themselves to tea/ coffee

Please let me know if you cannot make it to a session so that I know who to expect. If I can fill your space before the session I will be able to give you a transfer. As parent/carer, you are wholly responsible for your child's safety and behaviour whilst in the class. Please be aware of the safety of others and eat snacks at the side of the class.

I'm Catherine, mum of two, and part time teacher. I have a wealth of teaching experience having taught in both mainstream and SEN education. I began my teaching career in 1998. I have taught a range of different subjects, and I have experience teaching in all key stages. My qualifications are as follows: BA Hons: Fine Art PGCE: Art and Design MA: Education I still teach part time in a local SEN school, and on my days off I run Meopham Mini Artists.
