About Restore Pilates Hertfordshire Dacorum
Group and 1-1 classes taught in the community and in your home. I support you in re-connecting to your body through restorative classes that build confidence and enhance wellbeing. My teaching focuses on alignment, mobility and building strength through restorative practice. I enjoy focusing on women’s health, and work with: - women of all ages, beginning exercise/movement for the first time or returning to movement after a break - post-natal mums
