What to Expect: Begin with stretching and strengthening exercises to prepare the body. Technique Training - Improve essential skills like turns, leaps, and fluid transitions. Choreography - Learn expressive routines that tell a story through movement and emotion. Creative Expression - Explore improvisation and personal expression within the choreography.
