In this class our gymnasts will begin learning more complex skills such as different roll variations, handstand into bridge, kick overs, one handed cartwheels, roundoff development, Y-stands and more advanced jumps. We will also make use of our equipment to develop these skills. In this class we will focus on teamwork and building friendships when working on partner skills to allow our gymnasts to develop trusting relationships with their peers.

Inter Gymnastics (Invite only)

This class is a progression class designed for gymnasts who have already developed a strong foundation and are ready to build on their existing skills. Entry to this class is by invitation only, as it requires a solid understanding of technique, control, and previous experience in our gymnastics programme. In this class, gymnasts will begin learning more challenging tumble sequences and start progressing toward skills such as round-off back handsprings, aerials, and variations of somersaults. Flexibility training will become more focused, introducing more dynamic movements including advanced bridges, kick-overs, and split-based transitions. We’ll also introduce core strength drills and conditioning exercises to support the demands of higher-level partner work and balances.
