Reconnect with your body and bond with your baby in our Mums & Babes Pilates class. 50 minutes of Pilates to build strength, flexibility and mobility whilst your baby watches, wiggles, rests or becomes the cutest weight of all time! 😄 Then it's baby's turn to shine with a 10 minute sing-along session, followed by a well earned cup of tea and a biscuit! You will need to bring your own mat, some toys and a blanket for your littles to lie on, some water and a small towel.
