I’m a mum, artist, voice practitioner and facilitator with a passion for group practices and community spaces that facilitate resilience building, release and new flows of energy. I facilitate group voice therapy, participatory gatherings and Deep Listening sessions, alongside creating and performing as part of the duo Blanc Sceol. As a new mother myself I’m looking forward to creating this space for anyone caring for a baby, blending my vocal practices into new forms and providing a nourishing space for all in that first year of parenting, embracing all the joy and challenges it brings.
