Friendly and relaxed Toddler classes teaching BSL-based sign language through a combination of new and well-loved nursery rhymes, action songs and multi-sensory play. Each week in class has a new theme that is relevant to your baby or toddler's world. As part of the theme, every class is held around a rich sensory landscape with loads to explore to stimulate all the senses. Classes are 1 hour long, consisting of 30-40 minutes of structured singing and signing followed by a dedicated social and free-play time with toys and refreshments provided. This enhanced communication has been shown to have a profound impact on a child’s mental well-being, can strengthen the parent-child bond and has even been found to continue to have benefits on language, communication and IQ at age 8! Each week in class has a new theme that is relevant to your baby or toddler's world. As part of the theme, every class is held around a rich sensory landscape with loads to explore to stimulate all the senses. Children are free to explore the landscape from the minute they arrive, all the way through the class and during free-play time at the end. There are also additional props and sensory resources brought out throughout the class to keep things exciting! Every class has a dedicated social and free-play
