This club focuses on developing core football skills in a supportive, all-girls environment. Players will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, movement off the ball, and small-sided games, with plenty of encouragement whatever their starting level. Children will learn basic boxing movements such as footwork, coordination, punching combinations, and defensive skills in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions help to: Improve fitness, strength, and coordination Build confidence, discipline, and focus Encourage teamwork and positive behaviour Release energy in a structured and enjoyable way ⚠️ Please note: This is a non-contact club. No sparring or physical contact is involved. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear. All abilities welcome.
