Piano and Flute Lessons with Dr Marco De Boni, PhD, MMus, PGCertMus, DipMus Whether you are a complete beginner with no musical experience or an advanced student looking at moving to the next level I am here to help you! I teach children from age 4 upwards and adults of all ages (my oldest student so far was 86!), both complete beginners and advanced students who may be teachers themselves. I studied piano, flute and composition at Conservatoire in Italy, and have performed as a soloist in Italy, Germany and the UK. I also hold qualifications in musicology and have published new editions of numerous scores, the most popular being CPE Bach’s Sonata in a minor for flute solo and J.S. Bach’s Six Little Preludes for Piano (both available on Amazon). I have extensive experience teaching piano and flute to beginners and advanced students of all ages, whether they are learning for fun or preparing for exams and competing in festivals, where my students have won numerous trophies over the years. My qualifications include: PhD, MMus, PGCertMus, DipMus, and I am a full member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians and also a member of the International Association for Coaching. I am an active musician, composing professionally for media, playing in the first violins with the Film Orchestra and I am also musical director and conductor of the Bromsgrove Amateur Strings .
