Our kid’s boxing classes are hugely popular and not only teach children the skills and techniques of boxing but build their confidence at the same time. In a similar format to the adult boxing classes, the 45 minute sessions combine skipping, bag work and pad work with partners, along with drills should they want to advance to sparring (once they turn 11). Alongside mixed children’s boxing, there is also a girls only boxing class once a week taught by female coaches. To attend the mixed classes, children must be 8+. For girls only, they must be 6+.
