Misfit Mamas has been teaching classes for 10 years. We currently have a range of online Pilates classes with a view to get back outdoors come September with our much loved Buggy Fitness classes in Liverpool & Wirral. As a pelvic health specialist I also work with Women of all life phases with thier pelvic floor & core health, supporting women with Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor weakness or low level prolapse.
