We are back at Danceworks! We are joined again by Bhungane Mehlomakulu with his unique Amaballet class! Fusing ballet technique with Ampiano movements and sounds - this is a session not to be missed! AmaBallet are in Central London for 16+ with no age ceiling! All our classes are beginners friendly, so great if you have never done ballet before or returning after a long hiatus. We work on floor barre, yoga for strength and flexibility, barre work, center practice, and learning variations. All classes in this series are friendly for beginners. Duration: 120 minutes
