Singing with BABIES from birth to walking
Babies are never too young to enjoy making music and singing. Our first stage classes are for babies from newborn until they are walking. Music is a great shared activity and you’ll soon see your baby responding, imitating and joining in. We teach parents and carers new songs to soothe crying babies and lullabies for sleep time. There are songs for playtime (bouncing, tickling and peek-a-boo) and songs for other daily activities. Classes last for 45 minutes but there is always time for a chat at the end. Sessions are relaxed: noisy babies, feeding babies, sleeping babies and active babies are all welcome!

Singing and learning for PRE-SCHOOLERS aged 3-4 years
Pre-school classes are smaller and slightly shorter, and parents and carers may not be as actively involved in the class. A typical class develops specific musical skills and concepts including opportunities for moving, solo singing and playing percussion. Some basic music notation is also introduced through these games. Classes lay a solid foundation for future instrumental lessons, and help to prepare children for their school days to come. We still encourage parents and carers to join their children in this class but depending on the confidence of the children, the teacher may suggest that adults start withdrawing and the children work with the teacher. It's a gentle step towards greater independence.
