at JH Fitness Academy in Bar Hill, Cambridge ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "A few years ago, I struggled with persistent knee pain from running, largely due to a lack of strength in my legs and core. Determined to overcome these setbacks, I joined JH Fitness Academy last year to incorporate strength training into my routine aiming to prevent injuries and improve my running performance. Junior designed a personalized strength program tailored to my goals, focusing on building core strength and addressing weaknesses in my legs, all while accommodating around my busy schedule. One of my biggest goals for the year was to break 1:30 in the half marathon. In February, with Junior’s expert guidance, I smashed that target finishing in 1:27 at age 46. Even more rewarding, it was my first half marathon without knee pain or the need for supports. This proved that age isn’t a limiting factor, but strength training is not only crucial for running but staying fit and healthy as you get older. This solid foundation has created a great base as I set my sights on the Boston UK marathon this April. I cant recommend JH Fitness Academy enough for any person looking to get stronger, run faster, and stay injury-free." James North Cambridgeshire
