Unlike traditional tuition providers, this programme encourages students to self-learn under positive supervision. It stimulates each child to pursue their potential, making them confident and independent learners. To begin with, we assess the child at their current ability, then we set them off on their own individualised study plan, which caters to their specific needs. Newly enrolled students are closely monitored and encouraged to develop their self-learning and verification skills until they’re able to work independently. We have dedicated staff members in charge of the early learners, and one-on-one support is provided to develop children's pencil skills, posture, momentum and stamina. We also work with children who have special educational needs, providing one-on-one teaching and support. We have an open-door policy both for kids and parents to express their views on what went well and how we can improve our services.
