Kumon aims to nurture each child into a self-assured, independent and eager learner. Our classroom provides an ideal setting for the Instructor to observe and assist each child, ensuring that the student leaves the centre feeling proud of their accomplishments. Guidance from the Instructor and Classroom Assistants helps students to improve their study habits and focus, preparing them for independent study in the future. Kumon does not offer traditional tutoring: instead of teaching students, we empower them to learn independently, fostering strategies for successful completion of new challenges and boosting their confidence in their abilities.
