abilities, and the students at our centre range from as young as three years old to teenagers. Students complete individually set work and are given homework on days they do not attend class. Most children spend approximately 30 to 40 minutes in class per subject, although this will vary depending on the child’s age and ability. Many have been attending the centre for several years and are comfortably working at advanced levels beyond their school grade. The Kumon West Acton Study Centre is a calm, focused environment where independence and concentration is encouraged in all students.
