a free assessment at the start to enable the instructor to develop an individualised study plan. Children will have contact with the instructor or assistants online or in centre up to twice a week. This provides ideal environment for the Instructor to observe and support each child, set new work and ensure that they leave the centre smiling and confident with the work they have covered. Kumon does not provide tuition in the traditional sense; rather than teaching our students, we enable them to learn as individuals, developing independent learning strategies to successfully complete new, unfamiliar work. Kumon caters for children as young as three, up to end of secondary school. For each class visit, a child studying one subject will be at the centre for approximately 30 minutes, and a student studying both will be at the centre for approximately 60 minutes.
