At Kumon, we realise that each child is different and learn in different ways. The free assessment we carry out provides a starting point appropriate to your child’s current level of ability and identifies any areas needing development. A study plan is then drawn up and, as your child moves through the programme, their progress is continuously monitored, with the aim of reaching an advanced level.

Students complete daily worksheets and visit the centre once or twice a week. When in class, your child’s study skills are observed and developed in line with the Kumon Method of Learning.

Similar to other tuition providers the Kumon programmes focus on essential academic skills, but we go one step further by developing a child’s independent study skills, needed for school, university, employment and all other aspects of adult life.
