Colindale Study Centre opened in 2003 and has become an essential part of the community. The centre has helped over 500 local children achieve their potential with the programmes. Currently, the youngest student at the centre is four years old and the eldest student is 14 years old. Students should typically expect to study for at least one to two years to develop lasting benefits, with a number of students having been enrolled at the centre for over three years. The majority of students live locally and attend local schools. Some come from the neighbouring localities of Colindale including Hendon, Kingsbury, West Hendon, Burnt Oak. Visits to the centre are on a 'drop-in' basis and last between 30 to 40 minutes per subject; parents are welcome to wait in the library during this time.
