Please note: Saturday classes are held at The Grange Academy, London Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire WD23 3AA The centre was first opened in 1995, offering individualised maths and English study programmes to students of all ages and abilities.

The centre offers a friendly atmosphere to ensure students develop good concentration and confidence. All students are welcome to attend class either once or twice a week.

two to 17 years old. It is great to start early as your child will have a better head start and the longer they stay with Kumon, the better the results. The unique Kumon maths and English Programmes pursue the potential of each child by developing confident, independent learners through individualised, advanced study.

Kumon should not be considered a traditional tuition provider as, rather than ‘teaching’ students, we encourage them to become independent learners who feel confident in their own abilities and able to face unfamiliar work.

The centre has a number of assistants who help the Instructor to run class. A few are parents who have children already on the Kumon programmes and three assistants have completed the programmes themselves. Therefore, they all understand the work involved and are all very approachable.
