Hi, I'm Dan! I'm a primary school teacher with over 12 years of experience, and I'm also the Phonics and Early Reading Lead at the school where I teach. I've spent most of my career in Reception, helping children take their first steps into reading. I love seeing that moment when everything clicks and a child reads a word independently for the first time. I run Phonics with Robot Reg classes for children aged 1–4, where we introduce early phonics skills through fun, high-energy sessions packed with games, music, movement, and play. Every class is designed to be engaging and educational, with children learning without even realising it! I believe children learn best when they're having fun, so my goal is to build confidence, develop strong early literacy skills, and help every child discover a lifelong love of reading.
