⋆ Welcome to my little corner of the world ⋆ Hello! My name is Kirsty and I am a 25 year old Psychology graduate living in a little village in Lancashire. Currently I am working as a Wellbeing Coach for Lancashire Mind, & a self-employed yoga teacher. This blog began when I finally made a commitment to fully recover from the Eating Disorder I had been suffering with since my teenage years, and what a journey it’s been since then! There’s been ups, downs, lapses and everything in between, but it has taught me so many lessons that I wouldn’t change for the world. I hope to be able to share these little lessons and insights with you all, in the hope that it will help at least one person.
