Kokoro Shotokan Karate Club have classes at the Isabella Community Centre in Blyth and East Hartford Community Centre in Cramlington. We have built a community around the club and have a voluntary committee who support the club and provide opportunities for club members. We have classes for both children and adults and enjoy seeing our club members training as a family activity. In 2023, we were awarded the Sports Award of the Year by Cramlington Town Council. In 2024 we were presented with an award by the High Sheriff of Northumberland, and the club was awarded the 'Sports Achievement of the Year' award at the Best of Northumberland Awards Ceremony in 2024.
