Stirling County Boys’ rugby section welcomes players from under-13 to under-18, providing a clear pathway for young athletes to develop their rugby skills and confidence. Our programme is designed to ensure that every player benefits from age-appropriate coaching, competitive opportunities, and a strong focus on personal development and player welfare. Our academy is led by an outstanding coaching team, including Eddie Pollock, who guided Stirling County to victory in the Super Six Series and recently led our youth programme to win both the Boys’ and Girls’ Under-18 Scottish Youth Cup. We’re also thrilled to have Allan Dell, former Scotland international and British & Irish Lion, bringing his elite experience to our youth development.
