Disco Baby sessions are a chance to dance for everyone with sensory and playful interactions for babies and tots. My weekly sessions include classic DISCO BABY for 0-12m; this is an easy and energising movement session for grown ups to participate in whilst entertaining and engaging even the littlest babies. request) and these sessions balance time for grown ups to get some fun and lively movement in to release stress and build positivity and lots of time to encourage young movers in simple movements with lots of sensory play and imaginative cues. All of these sessions include free refreshments; at Disco Baby and Disco Cafe there are hot drinks available. Squash and biscuits always! I also run some pop up sessions once a month: THE SUNDAY FAMILY DISCO (0-10yrs) is an ad hoc event but I do my best to offer one a month. It's a great way to bring the family together in sharing the love of a good bop to some awesome pop!
