While the exercises we teach help to strengthen heart, lungs and muscles and develop cognitive skills. Classes last 30 mins and take place at our lovely private warm water pools in Brighton, Putney, Oxshott and Chertsey. The water is heated to a balmy 34C and chlorine levels are kept low to be kinder to skin and eyes. Aqua sensory lighting and small classes help to create a calmer and nurturing environment for both parent and baby.
