in age from four to 16 years old, and all are making progress in maths, English, or both. Regular commitment to the programme is already boosting many students’ confidence and self-esteem, and some have made dramatic improvements in their abilities since enrolling.

The amount of time spent in class varies depending on whether a student studies one or both subjects. Typically, students spend around 20–30 minutes per subject in class. Each student is welcomed by a receptionist, and five additional assistants are on hand to support every child’s learning and development.

At Kumon, we encourage students to become independent learners who are confident in their own abilities and capable of tackling unfamiliar work and new challenges. These are valuable skills that benefit them in every area of life.

Parking is readily available on the Upper Newtownards Road , and there is also a public car park on Sandown Road .

The unique Kumon Maths and English Programmes help each child fulfil their potential by developing confident, independent learners through personalised, advanced study.
