At this class for pre-mobile babies, come and learn relaxing and fun baby massage strokes which can help to relax and soothe your baby. During your 6 week block you will learn massage techniques to massage your baby’s whole body. You will also learn how and why these techniques work to relieve pain, strengthen your bond and support development – plus get to know other parents/carers over a cuppa at the end of class. Both parents are always welcome to attend and grandparents/relatives and siblings during the school holidays are also welcome.

A gentle and sensory class that is a fun blend of baby massage, baby yoga and baby sign. Your 6 week block of classes will include: Story and song massage to teach you how to massage your baby Birthlight Baby Yoga which will include stretches for both you and for your baby. Stretches for you will help to support your postnatal recovery and moves for baby are fun, safe and extremely beneficial for your baby’s development. Baby Sign to help your communication with your baby using Signalong. All of our activities are carefully designed to support bonding and relaxation with your baby! Our classes are welcoming, relaxed classes where your baby will be free to feed, cry and just be themselves at all times! You and your baby will both be supported in class. Both parents are always welcome to attend and grandparents/relatives and siblings during the school holidays are also welcome.

Our experienced music and yoga teachers help your babies learn how language works through rhythm and rhyme. Your babies will develop oral sensitivity through singing and listening and physical embodiment and controlled movements through music and play. Watch your babies learn how to bounce to a beat, explore a variety of musical instruments, dance, play, develop skills such as hand eye coordination, develop social skills with other babies and most importantly, have lots of fun! Our Level 1 & Level 2 class is best suited for pre-mobile & mobile infants aged (approx) 6-18 months. Both parents are always welcome to attend and grandparents/relatives and siblings during the school holidays are also welcome.
