About Us & Info I have been in the fitness industry for 22 years as a personal trainer, rehabilitation and kickboxing instructor. 9 years ago I stumbled upon a pole school up north and trained to be a pole fitness instructor and brought it back to Essex to create my own pole & aerial school which was established in 2010. Since then we have built up a large customer base of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. I pride myself with being well equipped with the best facilities, helpers in every class and varied instructors within the pole & aerial community. People come to pole & aerial fitness for different reasons, some to boost confidence and we help one another. Others to increase their fitness levels, or some just to make new friends. It really is for everyone. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact me and we will be there to help you at any step along the way. Belive me, after 22 years of personal training there is nothing that surprises me to help me get the best from you. The sky's the limit. Due to my rehab background if you have any existing injuries or concerned about any issues again feel free to discuss it further with me because if there is a will, there is a way no matter what.
