Finally, we have a 9 belt, syllabus based \n Lil Dragons programme for 4-6 year olds which is taught in Thornton on Sundays and Bispham on Thursdays. This helps young children develop confidence, improve listening and attention skills, as well as learning to show respect to people and their property. Every so often, we also cover important topics such as bullying. Children on the Lil Dragons programme also learn the basics of Taekwon-Do, so simple kicks, punches and blocks as well as Korean numbers and words. It is a fun programme, overseen by our Chief Instructor, but led by one of our \n Assistant Instructors who has extensive experience of working with young ones.
