The BSL Level 2 Award qualification is accredited by Signature – the leading award body for Deaf communication qualifications in the UK, and is designed for learners who have attained BSL Level 1 and wish to develop their BSL skills to further communicate with Deaf people in a range of everyday situations. The qualification will allow learners to participate in longer and more varied conversations than at Level 1, with a focus on real life, routine, and daily experiences. The learner will be able to deal with most routine communication and have enough understanding of grammar to cope with some non-routine communication.
