Join our exciting After-School Taekwondo Club , where pupils will develop their physical fitness, Taekwondo skills and understanding of Korean martial arts traditions in a fun, structured and supportive environment. What will pupils learn? Fitness & Conditioning – improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and stamina. Taekwondo Technique – practise punches, blocks, kicks, stances and combinations. Etiquette & Discipline – learn respect, self-control, perseverance and correct Taekwondo behaviour. Korean Translation – discover important Korean words and commands used during Taekwondo training. Poomsae – learn and practise traditional Taekwondo patterns, combining movements, technique and concentration. Confidence & Focus – develop resilience, concentration and a positive attitude. ⏰ Club Time 15:15 – 16:30 Suitable for Beginners and pupils with previous Taekwondo experience What to bring Comfortable sports clothing, a water bottle and plenty of energy!
