Our Senior Acting classes are for performers ready to dive deeper into the craft. We focus on giving students the tools to fully embody characters, build immersive worlds, and develop a genuine command of language. At Echo, we avoid "one-size-fits-all" training; we explore a range of practitioners to help every student find a technique that works for them. Whether they are here for future career paths or to build personal confidence, our actors develop: Reactive Performance: Learning to listen and respond with authenticity. Professional Initiative: Taking ownership of their work both on and off stage. Focused Technique: Building the discipline required for high-level performance. Transferable Excellence: Skills that serve them in the theatre and beyond. Performance & Qualification Performance is a core part of who we are. Joining this class is a commitment to performing with us twice a year. We also offer the optional opportunity to work towards LAMDA solo examinations .

The industry is constantly changing, and we evolve with it, preparing our students for the professional requirements of today’s musical theatre world. Our Senior MT Students are: Actors first: We believe every lyric is a line of dialogue that must be lived. At Echo Theatre, we believe musical theatre performers are actors first and foremost. Our Junior training focuses on building "the Musical Theatre actor" by combining vocal technique with true storytelling. We move away from just "singing a song" and instead teach our students how to create believable characters and own their performance with conviction. In this class, our students develop: Vocal Confidence: Learning to use their voice safely and effectively. Character Interpretation: Bringing meaning and acting to every lyric. Performance Presence: Gaining the skills to "own a song" and connect with an audience. The Performance Commitment Performance is at the heart of our school. Joining this class means committing to performing with us twice a year. We are more than happy to work with students who are still building their confidence to get on stage, but being part of our shows is a requirement of the class. At Echo Theatre, we believe performance is play. Our Little Echoes classes build fundamental acting and voice techniques in a fun, nurturing environment. Through weekly storytelling, poems, songs, role-play, and crafts, our youngest students learn to: Project their voices and articulate clearly. Converse confidently with their peers. Tell stories with conviction and imagination. We create a space where even the smallest voice is heard, helping children build the "Transferable Excellence" that serves them in the classroom and beyond. Performance Commitment Performance is at the heart of our school. Joining Little Echoes means committing to performing with us twice a year. We know this can be a big step for little ones; we are more than happy to support children who are building their confidence, but being part of the show is a requirement of the class. Settling In Little Echoes is a drop-off class. Parents are welcome to stay for the first few minutes of a trial session
