Welcome to Empower with B! My name is Becky, I am a busy mum of two. I have trained with both YogaBellies and the NCT. I am a qualified EMPOWER yoga teacher, Antenatal Practitioner and Infant Feeding Counsellor. It is my mission to share my love of yoga and women’s well being by providing meaningful, affordable sessions, where women can meet peers of similar life stages reducing loneliness and isolation. Each class is based upon a particular theme, offers plenty of time for relaxation and where appropriate a cup of tea, biscuit and a supportive chat. Classes are run in blocks, however if you miss the start of a block, no worries! Get in touch, blocks are rolling and may have spaces available.
