Arkley Studio - Rockin' Rockets (Walking-2.5 years)

As soon as your little one starts walking confidently they are moved to Rockin’ Rockets where the children learn how to move their bodies independently from their parents. The 40-minute sessions consists of 4 different themes which introduce sounds, progressive movement, counting and learning about the world around them. We use puppets, scarves, parachutes, instruments, bubbles, colourful pictures a wide range of props which will help them progress from toddler to the ripe old age of 2 years old! N.B This class is only suitable for children who are very confident walkers. Please still sign them up to the baby class if they have only just started walking. We will move them up mid term when they are super strong on their feet!

We introduce the children to themed sessions about the world around them through carefully constructed music, encouraging creativity and imagination. These include: The Jolly Jungle, The Weather Dial, Stars in Space, Rainbow Magic, Fun at the Farm & At the Beach. We also use puppets, scarves, parachutes, instruments, bubbles, educational flashcards and a selection of props which will encourage confidence and listening skills at this very early age. N.B This class is only suitable for children who are very confident walkers. Please still sign them up to the baby class if they have only just started walking! We will move them up mid term when they are super strong on their feet!

Arkley Studio - Baby Moonbeams (3 months to walking)

BABY MOONBEAMS (3 months-walking) is a child’s first introduction to music. The simple, effective tunes will encourage the baby to listen and in turn stimulate their growing minds. Babies will move, jiggle, giggle & wiggle their way through over 50 original and traditional songs in the Baby Moonbeams class curriculum. We also use a variety of props throughout the class to stimulate your baby, such as coloured scarves, parachutes, bubbles, puppets and lots more! N.B If your child is confidently walking before 16 months then please sign them up to the older class.

My passion for the performing arts started at an early age and I spent my childhood immersed in dance, singing and acting, performing in numerous shows. teaching qualifications in Tap, Ballet, and Jazz. Once qualified I taught a wide range of classes for those from 6 months to adults, running numerous workshops and also performing in various shows. It was in Cyprus that I met my husband and had our first child. In 2012 we returned to the UK to be closer to family and hopefully find a career that suited my love of perfoming arts and teaching. I joined Little Music Stars in 2016 as a teacher and fell in love with the classes. In 2021 I took the leap and bought the franchise and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made!
